Yesterday, hottest day of the year (so far), one of our air con units developed a small leak with condensation dripping down the side. Not a huge leak but needed attention.
Contacted Best Air first thing in the morning who (surprisingly) were very busy. Spoke to them, described the problem and asked for an engineer to attend.
Eventually got confirmation that not just an engineer but the boss himself would attend but it would be evening 7pm ish depending on traffic.
Brent arrived soon after 7, checked the unit and identified the source of the leak (loose connection to the pump) and quickly sorted the problem.
More than happy with the after sales service and dedication to keeping their customers cool.
Would highly recommend. And he liked our dog so bonus points.

Brent and team are amazing. The install is so professional and tidy. You cannot see the Channels for the pipework and outside the property is extremely neat. The aircon system we chose looks compact and futuristic. Was amazed one condenser unit was required for 4 head units inside the property. Have used to heat house and the savings are massive. Thank you to Brent and his team for their professionalism ans support. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from start to finish from Brent and the team. Probably the most responsive and best communicating business I have ever dealt with . Enquiry dealt with so quickly, and the next thing I knew Brent was with us and we were discussing options. The instal was great, no problems. Highly recommend

The whole process from start to finish has been superb, from the initial quote by Charlie(?), placing the order with Sian and the installation by Craig.
Craig went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the external trunking. He went through everything, explaining the controls and maintenance.
Absolute pleasure to deal with a company that clearly understands and implements fantastic customer care. Highly recommend.

They did a call out and then another one after I changed my mind about having the external untis on the wall. From the showroom visit to getting the air con installed was just 3 weeks. We recently had air conditioning units installed by Brent and his team and couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and made sure everything was installed to a high standard.
