All air conditioning units and HVAC systems we supply come with a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the warranty terms set by manufacturers. In case of defects, we will assist you in liaising with the manufacturer to resolve any warranty issues.
4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an air conditioning unit or HVAC system has been installed. If the product is defective or incorrectly installed, you are entitled to the remedies provided under the manufacturer’s warranty and our installation warranty.
5. Payment Terms
- Deposit: A deposit is required for all installations, except for business clients with a contract account.
- Completion Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer only.
Failure to make payment in full may result in the suspension or cancellation of future services.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equal to the deposit or, in the case of business clients, a charge based on the agreed terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, or loss of use of equipment.
- Damage caused by defective products, except as limited by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Installation errors or damage caused by the misuse of the installed systems.
Our liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific product or service.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Best Air Commercial & Domestic Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Website or Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
