Absolutely fantastic, we wanted two units installed, on opposite sides of the house.

Brent talked me/us through all the install possibilities and to go through everything and give details of the varying units and tyes and what would suit us best. We got booked in and everything went very smoothly, Craig and Jake arrived when expected and were great, really good guys, very knowledgeable and happy to explain things to me too.
The best bit, cheaper than the online 'next day' offerings!!
Our only regret is not having done it sooner!!

Excellent service - I called domestic Air at 09:00 on Monday morning, the owner (Brent) visited my home within 1 hour and provided a full breakdown of details options to cool down our home, which at this time is in a heatwave. He was knowledge of his products and services and was not pushy and advised me and my wife top pop down to his showroom. We later visited his showroom and within an hour I had committed to fitting one unit only which would help bring the temperature down.

By Wednesday 19:00 we had a fully installed Panasonic climate control unit. I cannot speak highly enough of Brent and his team, honesty, efficiency, cleanliness and respect for our home and more. Thank you again for everything. I will be back for another unit next year!

After a visit to the workshop and demos of several types of aircon, we chose Panasonic units. Brett and his team carried out the installation of 3 devices in just one day. Very neat, the guys tidied up as they went along and left the house spotless. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

We had two Panasonic Air Con units fitted from Best Air Commercial and domestic ltd and from the initial discussions on what was required through to the whole install and demonstration and connection to the internet by Brent and Craig who we must commend on their professionalism and customer service. The installation went exactly according to plan without any issues at all.

Brilliant company—Brent was a gentleman from start to finish, talking me through the options late one evening and offering me a truly great deal on the unit I wanted for my workshop. As a Panasonic main dealer they were not only able to match other quotes but offer 7 years warranty while others offered 5. Less than a week later the unit was neatly installed by one of the team, despite tricky access between my garden room and perimeter fence. Unfortunately an installation issue arose after they'd left, but Brent came over personally the next day to identify and fix the problem himself. Very pleased with the end result—it quietly heats the room far better than the previous electric radiator, and I'm looking forward to chilled days in the summer.

Brent and his team are excellent. Gave us plenty of options to choose from and explained what is needed and what will work best for us. Had units fitted in living room and bedroom. The whole process was super simple and it all works well. Very happy and would recommend!

Brent came out to do a site visit with 48 hours. Gave me a lot of options and looked explained everything in detail. Pricing structure very clear and concise.
Once quote was received, order was placed with installation 2 weeks later.
Onsite 2 engineers were very knowledgeable, were professional and got straight to work and had everything up and running within 4 hours. They tided up after themselves and showed me how to use the Aircon unit before departing.

Great business to work with, we came into our air con Project without much knowledge and understanding but left feeling like experts. The team thoroughly explained how the systems work and what the best systems would be for us. This meant we had saved money on our budget, and we got more than we expected. Apart from all of that, the team are super friendly and welcoming, and the installation was some of the best workmanship I’ve seen. No Mess at all and were friendly to the kids.

This was promptly followed up with a professional after sales service and a route for us to take should we have any problems.

Very happy with the installation of my daikin AC unit! I initially contacted best AC through their online quote form. Within a couple of days I had a full video quote done which was extremely well priced. The following week they came to do the install. The installer arrived promptly (which I was amazed given it was likely over a 2h drive) and got straight to it. A few hours later and I'm the proud owner of a new shiny daikin AC unit. All very easy really.

The highlights for me:
1. Very slick quote process - all over video call
2. Didn't feel pressured into buying right away
3. No upfront payment - all after install
4. Turning up on schedule
5. Very tidy install; took shoes off in the house, used dust sheets, had a proper clean up after, trunking very neat and silicon-ed in, informed me when there would be loud drilling, took rubbish away

The social club which I'm associated with air cooler went down i rang one company they said they would have someone there the following day and let us down and then Google again and come across best air commercial and domestic he came into the club on the same day and he came in the following day and replaced air cooler I highly recommend brett

Best air con has completed a bespoke request for me which more than fitted the brief of what was initially requested. The engineers work efficiently and effectively within my home with minimal distruption. They were so kind and curteous given we have three dogs that they had to negotiate, but took it in their stride. I was able to negotiate the intention of my requirement and the engineer was able to offer me a split system bespoke to my environment which sympothetically and asthetically did not spoil the outside look of my house. The workmanship, care and attention to detail is second to none along with their work ethic and desire to get things right for the customer was over and above my expectations. It was clear to me that Best Air worked closely together with their customers to facilitate the design and outcome of the requests made.
